How we work
Pre-Seed stage means the constraints are real, the ownership is real, and the decisions you make now are the ones that ship.
Every change to the planning engine is measured against trips with known-good shapes before it ships. A day that looks good but sends someone across a city and back is worse than a plainer day that flows. We build the evaluation first.
If we cannot say skip, the worth-it means nothing. Writing a note that is specific, human and willing to be wrong is the whole job. A note nobody trusts is worse than no note at all.
11 people. You own an area, not a ticket queue, and you will talk to travelers in your first two weeks. Equity is real and we explain the numbers rather than waving at them.
Wander says plainly that itineraries are suggestions and that hours change. The same principle applies to us: when the answer is uncertain, we say so rather than dressing it up.
How we hire

Thirty minutes with a founder. We want to understand what you have built and why this problem, not to quiz you on algorithms.

A paid task from our real backlog. Three to four hours. The point is to see how you think, not to extract free work.

Two conversations with people you would work alongside. We tell you who and why, and you can ask them anything.

A written offer with the equity numbers, the vesting schedule and the salary, explained rather than summarised.
