Terms of service

These terms are between you and Wander Inc., a Delaware C corporation with its office at 1550 Wewatta Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202. By creating an account or using Wander you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We have written these in plain English on purpose. There is no defined-terms appendix.

Wander generates trip itineraries based on what you tell it about your destination, dates, budget, pace and preferences. The resulting plan is a suggestion. It is not a booking, a confirmed reservation or a guarantee that any stop, venue or route will be available, accessible or open when you arrive.

Hours change, venues close, transport is delayed, prices rise. Wander cannot know what will have changed by the time you travel. Every plan should be verified against current sources before you rely on it.

Nothing in a Wander itinerary constitutes professional travel advice, and Wander does not have a commercial relationship with any venue it recommends. The plan is not influenced by sponsorship, commission, or any commercial arrangement. An honest note is just an honest note.

• You need an account, and the information on it must be accurate.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private.
• Tell us promptly at support@wandertrip.org if you think someone else has access to your account.
• One person per account. Paid plans are for the named account holder, not for redistribution.

Trips you plan belong to you. You grant Wander only the licence needed to provide the service: to process your brief, generate your itinerary, and store the result for you to access and adapt.

We do not use your trip data to train models. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone other than the language model provider that produces your itinerary, under terms that prohibit training on that data. You can delete any trip or your entire account at any time.

• Use Wander only for lawful purposes and only for planning trips you intend to take or help others take.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the planning model, scrape the service in bulk, or probe for security vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Do not create accounts for others without their knowledge.
• Do not use Wander to generate content for commercial redistribution without our written permission.

• The free plan provides one trip per month.
• Traveler and Voyager are billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Annual billing is ten months for twelve, charged once at the start of the year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The cancel option is in Settings, not behind a phone call.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access to your plan and trips until then.
• If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 12 months from the date of the increase and receive 30 days' notice by email.
• Refunds: if something we did caused Wander to fail for you, email support@wandertrip.org and we will refund the affected period.

We aim for Wander to be available and we post incidents on the status page at wandertrip.org/status. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage of the company. We would rather say so clearly than promise something we have not built the redundancy to keep.

Wander is provided as is. We do not warrant that itineraries will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any recommended place will be open, accessible or as described when you visit.

An itinerary is a starting point, not a contract with the world. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience or disappointment that results from acting on a plan that turns out to be wrong, including venues that have closed, changed their hours, or raised their prices.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Wander is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including costs you incur because a recommended venue was unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using Wander and delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Denver County, Colorado. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial. We have not included an arbitration clause.

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Wander after that date means you accept the revised terms. This version is effective 1 January 2026.
