Slower planning for about 25 minutes

Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 16:10 and 16:35 UTC. New trips still returned on time using the built-in planner in the meantime, and routing failed over to the secondary provider at 16:22.

A few adapt requests timed out

For about an hour, some single-day tweaks timed out on very long trips. The affected day was left unchanged rather than half-rebuilt, and we shortened the adapt prompt so it stays well inside the limit.
